I cannot dial the 0818 number and need to speak urgently

My sky cables were damaged, and I've tried over 4 days to contact Sky. I cannot dial the 0818 number via my network, the number won't even dial. 

I've even sent notification via text to CANCEL Sky as at this rate it will be quicker to set up with a whole new provider, but have had no response. I tried the bot on the app which just loops me in circles to the same help pages even though it says "if you can't resolve using these pages we will help schedule an engineer." 

This entire process is extremely frustrating. I work from home and have to hotspot to get connectivity.

Are you in the ROI? The 0818 number is just for ROI customers.,

Is it the same 0818 as on here?

UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

 

I'm not sure they will still be open now.
