I am trying to cancel my broadband as I moved to fibrus 4 months ago. And am paying for both.

I am trying to cancel my broadband I am out of contract an moved to fibrus 4 months ago but am still paying for sky.

Unfortunately that would be correct: Fibrus is an altnet ISP (laying their own optical infrastructure) and so such a move is not a 'switch' covered by the Ofcom system where the 'gaining' ISP notifies the 'losing' one (Sky)
