Hub not working, Sky app says otherwise

My broadband isn't working properly. I've checked the sky app and it's saying there are no issues at all with the hub. I've also reset the hub. All phones are on 4G and when trying to connect to the hub it says password is incorrect, it's not. All apps on TV are also not working stating there is a technical issue
