We have good speeds coming into the property but the upstairs pc can be glitchy. I've been told by Sky it needs hard wirering. How do I do this?

@AlisonDG  There is two ways to do this.

1. is getting a cable that is long enough to conect from the router to the PC upstairs.

2. To get something that is called powerline adapters, with one that is close to the router and the other is close to the PC they use the wiring that is in the property to carry the signal thus cutting our number one.
