Connecting new router

My broadband has changed and I recieved new router so disconnected old one connected new one and have tried everything but can't get it to connect to my sky Q can someone help me please!

I have it working finally and with having rheumatoid arthritis I have a sore finger the one that's been pressing and holding the wps button so much lol
