Cheaper deal via phone

Hi I ordered gigafast bb still recd no hub so I called up they said whilst on the phone they would get it sent out.  And they also said the tv bb and telephone would be a lot cheaper than my bill. I've been a customer for years and the good offer I had hasn't been sorted! And I still have no hub?
