Broadband

Other than pulling the plug every night( which we can't do as it's behind the built in shelving )  is there an other way of turning the broadband off every night? Say with a timer?

The Sky product for this is in the (extra cost) WiFi Max.

Or attach a separate wireless access point over ethernet, give out the password for this signal and then put it on a timer (or manually unplug) while leaving the Hub running with a different password.

Note that on an FTTC connection, routinely switching off the Hub itself may cause the line to be detected as 'unstable' with a consequent loss of speed.
