Broadband

Hello

I wonder if anyone can help

Over the weekend our broadband went from 35Mbpsto 0.07mbps

I have check all the lines in the house and other devices they are all reading 0.07mbps even when hardwired to the hub

I have done a reset of the hub and still getting the same speed of 0.07mbps it's proving impossible to get anything done with such a slow speed

I have raised a ticket via the online service and every time we check there is no futher information as to when this issue will be dealt with trying to speak to a human at sky is proving impossible

Thanks

@debbiedebbie if you post your connection stats simeone can probably tell you what is going on. See Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

If you reported the fault over the weekend Openreach who sort line issues have a SLA of 2 working days from report so the engineer is only over due after today as Monday would be the day the report was received. That is the downside of domestic connections.
