I've put the restrictions at 13 (mum of 4 curious young boys 😂)

it still lets me search porn when I try?

@Sam871 if that is between 9pm and.5.30am that is normal as the age restriction turns off when kids should be in bed. However you can change those times if you want see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-start for how to do thstvand manage the other settings.
