Hello,
I am moving homes at the end of this month and I have already contacted Sky regarding this and booked for an Engineer visit too.
However, the engineer visit status on the app mentions my current addres and not the address where I would be moving to. How can I update these details without any further delay as I am moving on the 28 of March but I have an engineer visit on the 3rd of April.
Kindly advise.
