After no problem for a long time, we are getting intermittent internet with very poor speed

How do we get help with our intermittent internet connection, coupled with very poor speed when it does work. This has been going on for several days. We have been sky customers for years and have VIP status and supposedly fast connection broadband ?

@Brian+Burnett Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
