The last two days the service checker said there was an outage in the area, do not contact Sky as people are already trying to fix it.
Today it shows green and no issues. However the internet keeps dropping all the time still, even though it shows 3 green lights.
Other people in my town are still having issues too.
I have unplugged the power to the hub and plug it back in again and waitied and it connects and then after a short time it just cuts off again.
All wires to the wall etc are fine.
1) Should all 3 green lights be showing when phones/Sky Q state there is no internet?
2) If the outage was fixed, why are people still having the same issue?
3) Do we need a new hub?
I have tried the awful chat service which did a line check today and said its all fine, obviously not.
I work from home a lot now and need the internet. Up to a few days ago we have never had an issue in donkeys years.

I have same issue, sick of switching plug off at the wall, checking all connections etc.
I have 3 green lights but no internet.
Sky say there are no outage issues, check weather etc, it isnt raining!
No one ay Sky is helping, feeling frustrated
