How come I can't download episodes 3 & 4 of Showtrial through BBC Catchup. I get a message saying ' There appears to be an issue with the broadband connection at this time'. There isn't because I can download Episodes 1,2 & 5 without any problem at all.

Had the same problem when selecting episodes after searching for "show trial". When I selected from box sets episodes downloaded although ep 5 was in SD.

I have exactly the same problem.
@caesarome: I can't select SD to try it: the message appears before you get to select which download of the episode you want.
@p1ntplease : can you explain what you mean by "selected from the box sets" please? Is this a separate subscription?
Thanks

Catchup > Channels > BBC > Box sets > Drama > Showtrial

Thanks, I found it. Started the download of ep 3 so I'll see how that goes. I live in rural Somerset so should be downloaded by the weekend 😉

Yes the solution is to go to catch up tv and select Bbc1 the box sets and then download that way especially for part 3 and 4. It's working

Hi. I had same problem. I pulled the plug out for 5 minutes and rebooted and now seems to be working.

Had the same problem with "The Outlaws" last night.. i couldnt download episode 4 with the exact same message but i could easily download episodes 1-3
I used the Sky+ App to download it to the box with no issues.
So no idea what the actual problem is, but hope it doesnt persist too long... although at least there is this workaround

I'm sure Sky technicians will be working on it tirelessly, day and night.

Thank you for these comments, I also have the same problem. Spoke to sky, who sent me a new router and it's still exactly the same. I will follow the advice here.

Hi @HG15,
what programme are you trying to download? Did you email VR already?
Thanks
