Transfer to a new digital provider

I recently took out a new subscription with EE/BT which included Sky, TNT, NOW etc along with netflix, Discovery + etc etc. EE/BT handled the transfer with Sky but, folowing the cancelling of my Sky Direct debit, Sky continue to demand money via automatically generated emails. Any advice? I've cancelled Sky DD and now pay just one DD to EE/TV

EE Cannot cancel your Sky TV service, they can only take over your broadband, you should have cancelled the TV side with Sky as you haven't they are right to chase you for the months owed, you need to setup your direct debit, pay what you lowe and cancel the TV service through the correct routes.

 https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave

On the link provided (In the UK) it should include a Message Us option between 0900-1930.

You can also call on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk line

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

If you don't see the Contact options on the link above make sure java script is enabled on your browser.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Which Sky services did you have?

Its only possible for another provider to cancel your broadband subscription with Sky ( if both ISPs use the Openreach network, as the only one provider can provide a service via the Openreach network so that automatically cancels your old provider).

TV subscriptions cannot be cancelled by another provider, only the Sky account holder can cancel a TV subscription with Sky. So you need to contact Sky to give the required 31 day notice for a TV subscription
