I had cancelled sky subscription on 2 April 2024 and my money got deducted on the 8 April why?

I had cancelled sky subscription on 2 April 2024 and my money got deducted on the 8 April. Why did my money got deducted when I had already cancelled my broadband.

Billing continues when in the notice period. Bills are generated 14 days prior to the payment date, so whilst you were a customer.

When you have left Sky Briadband thst overpayment should appear on your account as a credit that can be refunded and we can arrange some help for you via here so when you see that credit feel free to post back here,
