Hi everyone, I have been trying to get in touch with sky about this but getting nowhere. My mobile bills changed to invoices, I didn't realise this and as a result missed three bills. I was sent a letter via sky saying I had until 24/04/24 to pay a certain amount. I have since done this via their debt collection, CCS collect. It doesn't appear to have updated on my sky account and I am worried it won't update in time and my sky account will be cancelled and I'll be due to pay the remaining in one payment. Has anyone been here before and can advise? Any help is massively appreciated!
