Add name to my mums Sky account

Just want to add my name to my mums Sky Account because she as been diagnosed with Alzhiemers disease.

Sky don't allow joint names on accounts but your Mum can have you added as a named person to speak to Sky on her behalf.

 

Do you have POA?

If you're still monitoring this thread you cancelled your Forum account prematurely. If you have Power Of Attorney for your Mum register her with the Accessibility Team
