I have recently joined Sky Stream but have set anything up yet as I have changed my mind. Is there a cooling off period and how do I go about cancelling and sending the equipment back?

You have 31 days from activation to return Sky Stream. Just give Sky a ring and they'll process everything and send you free post returns packaging.

Yes. Give Sky a call and they'll switch you back to Q.

Re: What is the cooling off period for sky stream
I'm in my cooling period, can I phone up to downgrade Sky Ultimate to Sky basic and save about £4 quid and still keep the rest of my contract. I only wanted Sky Ultimate because of the comedy, but I can't be waiting over 2 mins for programmes to start on demand, I will never pay for skip ads, so sky ultimate part is pretty useless to me.

You'll have to phone to find out what they can do for you.

To avoid confusion, the product name is 'Essential TV'
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
