Turning on sound and TV with Sky controller

When I turn on the TV and sound system with Sky stream, they should both turn on using the Sky remote. Unfortunately the sound doesn’t always come on and I have to keep setting it up under the menu tab  - connected devices

 

Very frustrating and another issue for Sky to sort out

When I turn on Stream, it fires up the TV and AVR without issue.

Since an update a couple of months ago, my sound system is now unfailingly controlled by the Sky remote - both on/off and volume.

There are still still issues and it doesn't help for you to say it's working!!

 Sky need to sort yet still another issue

The feedback gives context though, whilst you have mentioned an issue,; it's not one that all users have. 
There are other issues that I see posted and I do have the same ones, in read all the comments from those that have similar. I also read the comments from other customers where they do not experience said issue and find it useful to know (albeit I may be a little envious).
