If you are still having issues you will need to contact Sky and request a replacement remote. You can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement if you have one available.

I have this exact same problem and tried all the tricks including reset of all equipment, reconnecting remote, twisting remote etc. Please can you replace my remote.

You'll need to ring Sky to get a replacement.

Keep a look out for the speech chat bubble that will appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum.
