It sounds like a faulty puck. I have escalated your post to Sky who will reach out to you. Pucks are generally loaned to you (unless purchased before Feb 2023) so come with an unlimited warranty.

Sometimes HDR/Dolby Vision issues give a characteristic pink and green screen. If you still have your Sky Stream puck connected and you are using a 4K TV, trying setting the picture output from 2160p UHD to 1080p HD temporarily. This should also turn off any HDR. If the picture looks normal in HD, the issue might lay with how your TV is handling HDR ( HDR10, HLG and/or Dolby Vision)
