Hi,
I subscribed to sky stream puck with sky sports package a week ago. I try to watch live sports (part of my package) on sky stream puck that's connected to my tv, on sky go app and sky sports - it just doesn't work. I am being asked to upgrade my subscription but I already have sky sports in my subscription. How do I fix this?

Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

I also have this same issue, I have sky stream with the sky sports package, however the sky sports app and sky go won't let me watch any of the sports channels. They tell me I need to upgrade.
any solution?

Are your live TV Sky Sports channels working ok?
If it is just the Sky Go ( and Sky Sports app), there is a known known issue around that at the moment for some customers.

I have had the same problem and have been in touch with a "Sky expert" for several days and today got an answer that they acknoledge there is a fault and their engineers are on it so hopefully the issue should be resolved soon. Do not upgrade as I did it makes no difference and I shall be in touch to get my origanal contract re instated.

The Sky Go / Sports App aspect of it is a known issue that's being discussed on the Sky Go forum and I'd keep an eye on that thread.
