My sky puck only works on the apps like Netflix, it won't play live tv. It shows a tv guide but won't play anything. Done a broadband check and it's saying my broadband is fine

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

same problem. the puck will play apps with no issues what so ever, but when watching live tv it keeps going off or stuttering so the sound goes out of sync. i can reboot the puck multiple times a night

Have you run a network check in the settings of the Netflix app to see what speeds are reaching your puck?

yes speed is 79.87 Mbps
