New customer here, had a sky stream box for a couple days. Went to watch the Penguin on sky Atlantic and all through the first episode had random frequent pixelation. This is via on demand rather than live, but even some of the adverts had pixelation.
Seems from other forum posts that's this is an ongoing issue? Is there no fix? Very disappointing if so.

This is most likely a bandwidth issue. Run a speed test via the Netflix app and what speeds you are receiving at the puck.
If they're below or close to Sky's recommended speeds, you'll receive distortion, break ups, pixelation, freezing etc in the picture.

We have 500mb fibre and the device registers getting 370 of that. We can stream anything fine via other streaming services/devices. So can't be speed related

Definitely not a bandwidth issue as such then. Who is your ISP?
