Hi
Brand new to Sky, got my puck plugged in but it won't link to my account and I have not activation code. They remind me that it will automatically charge after 14 days, but I can not activate the puck ?

Had the same issue tonight trying to set 4 up. Power down the puck, press and hold the power button on the bottom whilst powering back up u til the light flashes red, green, amber. This should do a factory tester and force a software update. Once done you should be able to follow the onscreen instruction and then link to your account.

Unplug it. Then hold the power button with it still unplugged, keep the power button held down and plug it in again. Keep holding the button until it flashes red amber green rapidly, then let go, this makes it do a software reset .. they obviously had a duff software release.

We have tried factory resetting the puck but it still won't activate or link my account.

I too have been doing this to fix the issue for two weeks. Call centre keeps telling me to do this, I have not had service now for two weeks, it's as if no one knows what they are doing. I just want this issue fixed
