Pixilating across all streams. Tried all usual fixes connection speed minimum 45/50. From reading other threads Sky is failing to resolve. Haven't got the will to spend an hour on the phone. Any ideas from Sky's experts?

I know this mythical code refers to Sky Q. The point was this was the supposed solution to pixilating on Sky Q but Sky Stream remains faulty.

So do you have Sky Stream ? If you do then the Sky Q software version you have posted has nothing to do with Sky Stream. All you are doing is confusing the situation which results in you getting no help at all @Whitstable
