Just got a deal with sky and Netflix but says I can watch right away but I can’t

Trying to watch Netflix as it said I could watch it right away but I can't do I have to wait for puc I think it's called to be delivered first or can I watch right away thanks

If you don't already have a Netflix account then you need to wait for Sky puck to be delivered and installed in order to link you Sky account and Netflix accounts and thus get Netflix for free.
