I need help from sky workers

How do I upgrade my paramount plus from standard to HD, its not giving me the option to do it on paramount or on the sky paramount app.

 

The option I do have is cancel 🤔

How do I your yanqui mates at paramount?

1 payment went through on october, then i get a warning on the app payment. So how do I resolve this if the app was got throygh your company?

@Shooter1972  There is no upgrade from the 'basic with ads' Paramount+ for Sky customers when Paramount+ is free with Sky Cinema. Only way to upgrade to any of the add free tiers is to pay full price for a seperate Paramount+ subscription. There isn't a 'pay the difference' option as there is with Sky inclusive Netflix.

 

Frustrating as all of the Star Trek series are now borderline unwatchable with ads being shoved in at all manner of unsuitable moments during episodes.

Sky Glass & Stream Puck customer w/Sky Entertainments & Netflix, Sky Cinema, Whole Home & UHD/Dolby Atmos add-on.

I have the standard 6.99 and no cinema, I would like to upgrade to hd as I just found out im watching sd.

All Paramount+ plans are in HD. There are three options:

Basic (with ads/HD) - £4.99pm

Standard (ad-free/HD) - £7.99pm

Premium (ad-free 4K/HDR/Atmos) - £10.99pm

 

You need to login to your account on the Paramount+ website and upgrade there.

No. Oracles weren't and Superusers aren't Sky employees. To cancel you'd need to call.

Hi @Shooter1972  This is a customer user/help forum so we would not have any access to your account to investigate. You will need to contact Sky to get this resolved.

 

If Sky is your mobile provider you can phone them by  dialling 150.

 

If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.

 

To get past the chatbot just stay silent when it asks you questions and it will eventually put you through to a member of the Customer Services team.
