I had a search but the threads I saw didn't help with this issue.
When trying to sign up for Sky Stream I get to the screen where you put in the address and whether you have lived at it for 3yrs, it searches the address fine but on clicking Continue it comes up with "Sorry we are experiencing technical difficulties". I tried manually entering the address in a different format because the auto-select one has a really long couple of lines. This didn't help. I tried setting the postcode to my old address and that let me continue fine... so it's something with our address.
We've lived here for a few years and never had Sky here or any other address.
I wanted to go through Topcashback so could really do with putting it through online rather than calling up. Is it maybe someone else's old account still registered here, can it be removed?

Managed to get through to someone more sensible on the customer service. They suggested using a family member's address and then swapping the address details after the account is set up. All sorted, who knows what the problem was with our address - she could see a dormant account from previous person but it was all ok and no blacklist on the address.

sometimes these systems work better in some browsers that others.

Oops - I meant to put that info in the post. I was intiially using Chrome, but did try Incognito and Firefox. As it's only when using my own address it must be something linked to that, frustrating.

You'll have to phone Sky to find out if there is a block on the address?
If they can lift it you can then proceed with topcashback!
If you just want access to Sky subscription channels NOW TV is a lot cheaper, and available using devices that just work without the issues associated with Sky Pucks😉

I had this problem. Was out of contract with Sky Q and then wanted to sign up to Stream. It took several months for the problem to be resolved as there was a block on account because an incorrect debt had been applied to my account after I'd tried Sky glass when it first came out. It was all clear we owed nothing but the computers wouldn't allow the customer service team to adjust it.
Maybe there's a previous bill problem with the address
