Issues with skystore app on android

Is there any issues with using the sky store app from playback of films that have been purchased. Comes up after starting app and logging in PROBLEM LOADING PAGE... There is a problem at the moment . Please check your network connection and try again. I have Internet and it's working just not loading up with sky store. Sky go works but not sky store.

I've tried uninstalling. And reinstalling sky store app.. I've checked on my account on PC to remove my old tablet from approved devices. I've even waited till this month to add this tablet. But can't seem to get on to my films that I have paid for to stream on my tablet.. is there anyone I can speak to.

What devce do you have the Sky Store app installed on and what operating system is it running ?
