Trying to access Netflix via sky get error NW-2-5. Netflix people say is timing out before connecting. But can connect to Netflix ok via fire stick in same TV sky connected to. Also ok via laptop. Have tried powering down/up the Sky box and router. So problem only via Sky

Have you tried refreshing the apps on your Q box?
The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.
Might also be worth checking your Sky Q software is up to date, it should be on Q270.000.10.09PL (Home > Settings > System Info).
