Engineer Visit

I had to ring sky as the engineer left the anchor hook in the wall. Visit is 12-5 today. When they came to install the box they updated me of a 2 hour slot and when on way. Today no engineer has even been allocated.

 

Anyone had this happen and did the engineer come?
