Upgraded broadband hub but now not able to use sky go

Hi,

I upgraded my broadband hub and set it up last night. I managed to connect internet to tv but it is not letting mereactivate sky go. it says "your sky q box is not enabled to connect to sky go" Sunday morning I could watch sky go but now I am unable to. Can anyone help me please?

I should also add I don't have a SKy Q box so a little bit confused as to why I can't connect.

ok so apparently I do have a sky Q box it was the sky glass i was mistaking it for, where would i find what package I have?

ok I found it. so it says under TV sky signiture, ultimate TV add on sky kids and sky HD

Do you have a multiscreen subscription because if you don't you can not connect the Sky Go app to your Sky Q box which I presume you are trying to do ?

hmm I'm not sure. When I spoke to the team on the phone about my rubbish broadband and upgraded he said everything was the same. I will have to call them when i get home. Thank you anyway
