Sky Go upgrade subscription

Hello, I have the sky go app, and pay for mist channel in my subscription I pay for sky sports and movies but when I log onto the sky go app it is not letting me watch these channels and is telling me to upgrade my subscription but can to find a way of doing this. Is there anyway of fixing this?

Are you using the correct login details for the app, have you been a customer of Sky in the past and left before returning after being away for a year or longer ?

Yes, I am using the correct details, have been a sky member for years and years never have left them But not used the sky go app for a few a while

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.
