Hi.
I'm having this error too for the SkyGo app on a Samsung Galaxy A50 phone.
Any details or steps available on how to fix this?

I'm having exactly the same problem. I have uninstalled the app. Shut the phone down, restarted and reinstalled the App and am still getting the same message.

Hi, I'm also getting this error message.
Oddly one of the sky boxes also played up and my error started after updating the app.
Is the fix open to the public???

Hi there. Had Sky TV installed yesterday afternoon and all working fine so far, but the Sky Go app which I've installed on my phone isn't getting past this error message (see pic) - which seems to be a problem for several others on this thread.
I went on DMs with SkyTechHelp on Twitter but they weren't able to do anything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and restarted the phone, but to no avail. Any advice anyone can give me? My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S10 and it's Android OS Version 12, if that means anything.
Cheers for any help

Are there any sky employees that can help/escalate this please (as that seems to be what is happening for this error)? Seems there's been no responses to quite a few over the last 5 days and we are probably all waiting for something to be done! Any help appreciated!
