It's so stupid, I can even remote record it to my Sky box (I'm sat right in front of it) and it still doesn't work. The connection is clearly there.

Can somebody please help, I recently added tnt sports to my package and pay directly to sky, however it's not available on my sky go app, it's been 3 days but still says I need to upgrade when I have already

Hi
I've just came across this exact issue! Bought TNT subscription via sky and when want to view it on sky go, it states need relevant Sky TV subscription.
I would like a refund now to this subscription as was only taken it out for the month to watch certain matches which now I've missed!

I would be interested in the response as I have the same problem. I can get TNT sports on my Glass tv, Whole Home, although subscribed via Bt, but not on my Sky Go.

If you do it through BT, you need to use the Discovery + streaming app.
