Sky Go - TNT says upgrade to get this but works on my TV

Hello, I've recently upgraded to TNT sports via the my sky app, it works fine on my Tv however it isn't working on my sky go app

why does my sky go not let me watch TNT sports. I purchased TNT sports through my sky account. Should be able to watch it when all the other channels work?

When did you add TNT Sports to your Sky account ?

What device are you trying to watch the football on ?

it's still not working, still coming up with the same message "need to upgrade subscription " etc.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Hi guys, I currently have TNT Sports as a package but whenever I attempt to stream TNT Sprts I get an error message saying I need to upgrade my subscription.

Are you planning on watching the football this evening as we can arrange some help but it will not be sometime tomorrow before they get in contact so if you want this looked into this evening you will have to use the phone to contact Sky.

@DN1965  when exactly did you add it as it can take awhile for your sky account to link up fully with sky go
