I'm also having this issue on my phone. It says the exact same message. And on Xbox Consoles it says I don't have a whole home subscription but I do.

We have exactly the same issue. There is clearly sth wrong with the app. Pay over a thousand pounds a year basically to get broadband and sport and can often not get either. What is happening Sky? Why can't I use Sky Go for my sport subscription? Do I get money back for today? Yep, thought so...

Also having the same issue, I've confirmed I can view the Sky Sports main event channel on my Sky Q box, however every Sky Go device I have tried brings back an error 1410.

I've just bought Sky Sports and can't get it on Sky Go. Get it sorted, it's ridiculous and it seems to be a common problem. Pain in the **bleep**

Hi, newly added on sky sports. I have downloaded, uninstalled the app, restarted my pc / phone, followed all processes on the guide and still getting 1410 error.

I signed up to sky earlier today and it did say I would be able to instantly stream on Skygo - but when I try it tells me to upgrade my subscription to stream. Does it take a while to update on the system or is there something wrong?

I think its an issue that Sky are yet to publicly address. I still have Sky Q and I'm unable to access any Sports channels on SkyGo. It's really poor from Sky to not address this for continuity. The community is full of users all asking similar questions. There is an 'Answered' thread in relation to TNT Sports which sort of draws attention to a potential issue. But without a statement from Sky we're all in the dark and frustrated.

No not new to Sky. Diamond customer, not a formal acknowledgement from Sky that there is a fix. Only reading from community members.
