By cutting out I mean just stopping , it just stops and goes back to home page
it's now on pretty much everything we watch , across all apps

When watching any app (or playing a videogames console on hdmi) at random times sky glass automatically force closes and jumps to the sky glass homescreen. I've tried updating/refreshing apps and switching sky glass off at the wall leaving it off for a while, and neither have fixed the issue. Has anyone else experienced this? And if so how can I fix this issue?

Yes this has started happening to us when watching amazon prime or 4od. The app just closes and goes back to the sky home screen without saying anything or touching the remote. It has got quite frustrating. Is there a solution to this?

Happens to us too. Usually
a out 30-40 minutes in on Apple TV or Prime. Really annoying.

Called Sky earlier today, spoke to someone who talked me through a few different things to try fix it and said they'd call me back in a few days to see if it worked, which by the way it did not. The person I spoke to on the phone said that they'd never heard of anyone having this issue before now, glad i'm not the onlt one.

The past 2 days my sky glass is doing this! It happens with every app I'm watching, done it on prime, discovery + and doing in now on my5. Its so annoying

I'm constantly being forced out of apps back to the sky Home Screen whilst I'm watching shows! Only happening recently had since December.
