How do you get the lip sync on Sky Glass

I have contacted Sky ref this and they have told me to reposition my router. We will see if it makes any difference

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@blackie1 Lip sync issues have been going on for a couple of months on the Sky streaming platform. An update with a fix for the issue started rolling out on Tuesday. It takes a while for everyone to be updated but this should be accomplished by the end of the month.
Hopefully this will resolve the issue for you.
The relevant update for the Stream puck is QS034.023.02P (I'm not sure is Glass is the same but suspect it will be)

The latest from Sky was to reboot my remote. Then to turn my set off from the mains then hold the on/off button and turn the mains on at the same time until the led light comes on. Basically start the whole process of getting Sky glass again. I have done all this so only time will tell. It did some software updates

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@blackie1 Presumably you were talked though that process reset to get you the latest software but if you had waited a few days it would have updated automatically.
