How do I uninstall or hide apps on Sky Glass?

I have come home and just found out that my tv home screen is now a complete mess.

How can I uninstall or hide apps please.

I do not have Sky TV contract nor do I have a scam tax license and I now to scroll for ages to get to my HDMI inputs.

My TV not Sky's. Why do companies think they can do this?

(I know it will be somewhere in the 2px small print but extremely annoying.)

You can't. 

However, the last used app or input normally appears near to the front of the apps bar.
