Hi folks

We had a problem with our apps and mini boxes not working.

We were sure the mistake on our package was caused by the call handler thinking we had sky plus not skyq.

After 2 weeks of having this problem, the engineers checked everything, a call was made to the call centre in India, and the problem was resolved. The 2 engineers were a credit to sky, polite efficient and friendly, thankyou to all concerned.
