Many thanks to Mila (may be my dodgy spelling, pronounced MEE LAA), who helped me strike a fair renewal deal for my Sky Q package.

She was friendly and knowledgable and able to get to an agreeable deal really quickly. She clearly explained what would happen next and what I needed to look out for.
