I would like to send my heartfelt thanks to Sion in Cardiff who spent hours trying to rectify a very disgruntled customer (me) on Saturday 28th April. I had spoken to an advisor earlier the same day who told me I couldn’t downgrade my tv package because I was tied into a contract. Sion, not only downgraded my package but also secured a lower deal than I expected. She was extremely apologetic for the incorrect information passed on to me earlier in the day and when I asked for her name she initially replied saying that my customer satisfaction was enough thanks for her. I insisted and she did eventually tell me who she was.

Please forward this message on to her and her line manager. I have never had such excellent service and she is a credit to your company.
