This early evening I spoke to someone in telephone support who I believe was called Carol (although I might have misheard!!). I was changing my address details and booking an engineer. She was super friendly and we had a great chat while we sorted it all out.
Her freindly and easy going character made our long phone call much less tedious than it could have been.
Theses days people are so quick to moan and seem to have an inability to praise and say something positive even if all you get is a laugh or a smile.
So Carol (or ? If I have got your name wrong) I’m am very much hoping you get to drink a lovely cocktail on a fabulous warm holiday this year. You like all working mothers truly deserve it xxxxx
