unsupported location

i keep getting a message saying...

"unsupported location. The video you are trying to watch cannot be viewed from your current country or location,"

this only happens when i try to watch videos on the sky sports app or website, is this a sky problem or an internet provider problem, i do not have any vpn turned on, and it happens on all browsers.i am in Bristol, uk.
thanks.

Yes, it may be an issue with your IP address. You could try switching off your router for half an hour or so which will hopefully result in your connection being assigned a new IP address.

Use a web location finder to see where it thinks your IP Address is located

Re: unsupported location

after a conversation with my internet provider, it appears it is a well known thing at sky, apparently i have to ring up sky and ask to be whitelisted.
