I'm having an issue with the Sky Worlds Beta app to run on quest 2&3 in VR. The error message is: " cannot verify the version of the App. Please try again later". I have been using it for months with no issues. Please advise. Thank you..

Sky Worlds came back earlier today. I spent 90 mins being passed around Sky departments for about 80mins. When finally I found someone who had a clue what I was complaining about, as i was filling in the complaints form with the person at sky on the other end of the line, i tried the app again and the error message had gone. I have had to re-authorise my devicce but it now works again.
There now seems to be a new support team which wasn't mentioned before:

I'm getting this message too having used the app for many months. I have uninstalled and then added it back but same message appears.

Sky have not acknowledged there is a problem as yet. I think the issue has coincided with the latest upgrade the oculus software app I think a lot of us have to complain to sky as they have not agreed they're is a systemic problem

I have exactly the same issue and fault. I have contacted Sky via the email mentioned and first response is to direct me to generic set up help. Sky need to realise that most of us know how to sort out easy problems and Sky should instead deal with the issue we are complaining about immediately instead of kicking the can down the road or worse still asking me to call customer support who will have no idea what to do.
This is a developer/software issue which destroys the functionality of the app and it should be a priority for Sky to fix as we are all Sky vips to be able to use the app in the first place.
I wanted to watch the Vegas GP with all the hype and spectacle and the app failed just before the weekend.
sky should also have a proper complaints form to help escalate issues that destroy functionality.
Last week I had a working app and this week I could access the app but then have no ability to watch anything, so no service. Sky software engineers should not be allowed to leave an app in this state and I think it is disgraceful that they did and shows no consideration for their customers who use it.

Well this is very disappointing. I thought this forum would be monitored by Sky but it seems we are very unimportant persons.

I have gone through the process with Sky using the email address provided in an earlier post.
First I got an automated email with some basic troubleshooting steps. I replied to let them know I hadlve tried the steps and it hasn't helped.
They have now asked me to contact "'oculus" for help.
I think Sky Worlds might be gone for good.
