Vio platinum but no recordings tab on sky go

Hi

As a platignum vip reward I thought I got skygo extra included.I also thought this enabled access to recordings,but no recordings tab is visible.

Your VIP status doesn't come into this as it is your subscription level that is the key thing here and for you to access your recordings you need multiscreen on your account and your device needs to be on the same internet connection that your Sky Q box is on.
