Account says it's closed it's not so can't open paramount t trying to talk to somebody but it's like pulling teeth trying to navigate through this site

hi, having similar problems, sign saying payment not recieved, although it has, I've sent them copies of bank statement, keep saying they will look into it and come back to me, but they dont, would cancel my subscription but I cant sign into account,
