Sky survey

  Why did Sky bother sending me a survey to do, let me get started with a few questions but not until I had reached the 16% mark did they tell me I could not continue, this is the phrase they used - "Thank you for your time helping us with this survey. The rest of this survey is only relevant to those who recently contacted Sky about a technical issue. "

  Firstly, why was I even sent the survey, surely they can see from their records if I've called them recently. Secondly, say in the email itself or at least at the start of the survey who it is relevant for. What a waste of my time.
